Placing an Order and Payment: Please phone us to place your order. We recommend that you place your order three months prior to your event date to ensure availability. However, please do not hesitate to call us with less lead time and we will make every effort to accommodate your order. It is important to us that you are satisfied with your rental. If interested, we suggest that you make an appointment with us to come and see the offerings in person. Since we work out of the home almost anytime is possible. Just call (585) 377-4965 for an appointment.

Deposit and Payment: A non-refundable deposit of $50.00 is required to reserve the time and rental units. This deposit is applied to the rental cost of your order. The balance is payable before the date of your event. The final invoice is sent to you about one week prior to the event date and is drawn up after the final count of covers / accessories is known.

An additional $50.00 damaged/missing goods deposit is also required at the time of order reservation. This deposit is returned after the event minus any incurred extra costs due to damaged or missing units.

Cancellations and Changes: Please be aware that once we reserve an order, other orders may be turned away to honor our commitment to you. In the event you need to cancel an order, your deposit of $50.00 will be forfeited. If cancellation is necessary 48 hours or less prior to your event date, a restocking fee of 25% of your total order up to a maximum of $100 will also be charged.

Return of Rental Items: We take care of delivery, set-up and pick-up of chair cover and accessory rentals.

Lost/Damaged Linen: All linen and chair covers must be returned in the same quantity and condition that you receive them (i.e. no tears, rips, holes or wax stains). Normal soiling from food and drink stains and handling which can be satisfactory laundered is expected and not considered damage. Full replacement cost will apply to any items that are rendered unusable or missing upon return of your order. Loss or damage replacement cost on items is five times (5) the individual rental price.
